Ingredients

Seville orange juice
(about 8 oranges)

Champagne vinegar

Instructions
Whisk ingredients together in a small bowl until sugar dissolves.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for half an hour.
Use on grilled oysters or oven-roasted oysters
